Meet Nith

Nith, founder and tutor at Willowbrook Tutor
UCAT 2560

My aim: lift every student's results by an average of 20% within a term.

Hi, I'm Nith. I run Willowbrook Tutor in Armidale, working with local students from Year 5 through to the HSC in small groups that never grow past five.

I'm currently sitting the HSC syllabus myself and scored 2560 on the UCAT, so the courses your child is studying are exactly the ones I'm doing right now, not a version from a decade ago. Sessions cover maths first and foremost, along with science and essay skills for Stage 5, and every piece of practice work comes back marked with feedback.

Parents can reach me any time through the portal, and messages are answered within 24 hours.

One portal. Everyone in the loop.

  • Students: homework calendar, points, streaks and badges, podium leaderboard, daily question, AI study helper
  • Parents: progress charts, grades with marked papers, invoices, and an away-dates calendar
  • Messages: ask a question any time, answered within 24 hours
  • Noticeboard: times, changes and news posted daily

Before you ask

Is the placement test really free?

Yes, free and no obligation. It takes about twenty minutes online, and every result is reviewed personally before any group recommendation. It's how groups get built by level rather than just by year.

How do groups stay small?

Every group is capped at five students, no exceptions. When a group is full, the timetable shows it as waitlist-only, and you'll be offered the next place in the right group in order.

What happens if we're away one week?

Mark the date on the portal calendar (one click) and Nith sees it straight away, so a make-up session can be planned instead of the week being lost.

Do siblings get a discount?

Yes, 10% off the second child's term fees.

How does payment work?

Itemised invoices appear in the portal under Parent view, and payment is arranged by email. When your invoice arrives, just reply and it's sorted. A receipt is sent once payment clears, and fees are due at the end of week 1 each term.

What's the AI Study Helper, and is it doing the homework?

No. It explains the steps and the method between sessions, then leaves the final step to the student. Anything important still gets checked with Nith at the next session.

Groups & times

Every group is capped at five students. Green means places are open, join the waitlist and you'll be offered the next spot in the right group.

HSC one-on-one times are arranged individually on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Log in with your access code

Your family's code is on your enrolment email. Students and parents use the same code.

Find your child's starting point.

Forty multiple-choice questions aligned to the NSW syllabus for their year, Maths, English, Science, History and Geography (with logical-reasoning questions in the senior papers). Takes about twenty minutes and shows exactly which topics need work. Free, no obligation.

This is a guide for grouping and teaching focus, not a formal assessment. Questions are written to NSW syllabus stage outcomes; results are reviewed personally before any group placement.

Join the waitlist

Groups are capped at five. You'll be contacted, in order, as soon as a place in the right group opens.

Fees & payment

Enrolled families: itemised invoices live in the Portal under Parent view. Payment is arranged by email when your invoice arrives.

Estimate a term

Total: $315

Sibling discount: 10% off the second child. Fees due end of week 1 each term.

Paying an invoice

When an invoice is issued, it also arrives in your inbox with everything needed to pay. Reply to that email and it's sorted.

Quote your invoice number, e.g. INV-0007. A receipt is sent once payment clears.

Email about a payment

Or text 0482 797 814 if email isn't your thing.
